The El Sevar Azerbaijan Company actually does not need the traditional drying system or the so-called the sunny drying of fruits because of having seven full automatic heating centers with high drying volume. This practice not only reduces the drying time but also prevents the fruits from being infected by any type of disease, dust,….. and ultimately provides the customers with a more healthier product compared to other similar units.
Product health
By having the double time system of washing line, the Ilsour company has actually been able to carry out the washing process on the raw material two times without damaging the natural texture of fresh and dry fruits. In this way, the products will be more healthier and the damage inflicted to the texture of the raw material will be reduced to a minimum level.
